Shipping Policy: 

• We currently deliver only within Sri Lanka. 

• Deliveries are made with in 3-5 working days. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays and Poya days.  

• If Orders placed after 12 p.m. will be delivered the following day. 

• At present, all deliveries are carried out on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. 

• We ensure that all items are securely packed for safe delivery. 

• We do not offer cashback under any circumstances, as we do not sell damaged products. 

• Every product undergoes a thorough quality and damage check before it is packed and shipped. 

Return & Exchange Policy: 

• We do not offer returns or refunds, but exchanges are allowed under specific conditions. 

• Exchanges are only possible if you have received a different size than the one you originally requested or if the size provided is not suitable for you. 

• Exchanges must be requested within 4 days of receiving the item. 

• The following conditions must be met for an exchange:  

• Items must be unwashed. 

• Items must be unworn. 

• Items must be in their original packaging. 

• Items with pilling, markings, stains, or any strong odors (such as smoke, cologne, or detergent) will not be accepted for exchange.
